We’re Brenda and Mike, and this space is something we’ve built together from the ground up. What started as an idea has grown into a creative outlet, a small business, and a new chapter for us.

The Balanced Basket didn’t begin as a perfect plan.

It started during a season of change.

When life shifts, you start looking at things differently—what matters, what doesn’t, and what you want your days to look like moving forward. For us, that meant creating something of our own… something meaningful, something creative, and something we could grow together.

That’s where this journey began.
